  • The client, a leading technology titan, runs a co-marketing program for their associates where the client invests 50% of funds along with the selected eligible associates to conduct approved marketing activities by the associates for training growth.
  • The client wanted a consolidated dashboard which helps them track and measure the success of program and enable discussions with associates regarding various stages of their marketing performance from planning to execution.

  • Developed a PowerBI dashboard with various views for various stakeholders based on their business interest, designed and implemented new metrics for success definition.
  • Designed new intuitive designs to accommodate the large number of metrics to make the dashboard clutter-free and easy to read.
  • Implemented row-level security to ensure the data security is in place in line with client privacy settings across the org.
