  • They have a learning group within the organization that is responsible for designing, creating & driving sales of training assets related to their technology products in the market.
  • The client runs a subsidy program for its Partners to promote the sales of their learning products.
    • Client’s BI engineering team needed support in identifying the key metrices and finalize the logic to calculate these metrices.
    • Conduct UAT to ensure there is no errors in dashboard numbers and logics are properly implemented.

  • Listed down all key business rules that would impact the logic formulation for decided key metrics.

UAT

  • Conducted a full-fledged UAT on the developed dashboard.
  • Identified multiple discrepancies in dashboard numbers; deep dived and found the root cause; pointed out errors in logic building and exception handling.
