TurnB Approach

Developed a PowerBI dashboard connected to the client server for automatic refresh of data daily.

The dashboard comprised multiple views at various levels for client stakeholders and included additional drill-throughs and tool tips for displaying the new metrices and necessary information.

Implications

The client achieved a 14% growth over their targets by strategically planning and tailoring their offerings,leading to a more effective and targeted training approach.

The holistic view provided a macro-level understanding of training trends across geos, enabling the identification of high-performing areas and areas needing improvement.
