  • The client wanted a newsletter collating the various aspects of their business along with various market trends to measure the rhythm of business and formulate strategies within a fiscal year, half or quarter.
  • The newsletter also needed to provide updates on the progress toward organizational objectives and important initiatives so the leaders can make adjustments or align their efforts with organizational strategies.

Checked for data discrepancies within collated data and cleaned the data for further processes.

Designed and developed metrics and KPIs specifically for the newsletter.

Design & Implementation:

Designed a layout that was both clean and intuitive, ensuring uniformity and clarity in presenting a multitude of metrics and KPIs. This layout seamlessly integrated tables and graphical elements, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of the business.

The contents were divided into multiple sections for easy navigation.

The design incorporated in-line call outs for key insights observed in the metrices and trends.

Implications

Provided an overview of the business's performance in the past quarter with impactful insights.

The client was able to revisit the strategies, especially regarding some of the campaigns done in the previous quarter and make data-driven improvements to the campaign for better sales.
