  • If the URL is invalid, reach out to partner managers to update the tracker with a functioning URL.
  • Validate partner websites based on the set business rules.
  • Classify websites into 3 different categories based on validation:
  1. Pass
  2. Conditional Pass
  3. Fail

Feedback and correction

  • Send feedback to the partner manager on persisting issues related to websites.
  • Partner managers work with partners to resolve the issues.

Weekly Summary

  • Provide a consolidated summary of the current status of partner website validation to stakeholders every week.
